Perform roadway work including clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, salvaged topsoil, silt fence, sodding, Superpave paving, cold milling, concrete parapet, slope wall, reinforcing steel, curb and gutter, inlets, removals, guardrail, fencing and mailboxes, plus construction traffic striping and markers, signs, barricades, lights, drums, cones, message signs, permanent striping, construction staking, SWPPP management and mobilization.
