Summary: The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and logistics on an all‑inclusive basis to perform statewide gravel road and parking lot maintenance on Ohio Department of Natural Resources properties. Core tasks include grading gravel-surfaced roads, re‑establishing crowns for proper drainage, and applying specified limestone top-dressing and ADA-compliant surface layers in accordance with ODOT standards and environmental regulations. The contractor must use agency-provided GIS/georeferenced maps, prepare an annual written work plan with methods, materials, schedules, “before” photos, and not‑to‑exceed cost estimates, and document material quantities via weight slips or scale tickets, while invoicing materials separately with an agreed mark‑up.
