GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) subcontractors and suppliers for the following DASNY project:
Project Name: Baruch College – Lawrence & Eris Field Building: FISP Cycle 9 Façade Restoration and Associated Asbestos Abatement

Architect: Superstructures Engineers + Architects
The project consists of façade restoration and associated asbestos abatement at the Lawrence & Eris Field Building. Work includes selective demolition, concrete restoration, masonry restoration and cleaning, terra cotta and stone restoration, structural steel repairs, waterproofing, flashing, joint sealants, glazing, plastering, coatings, and related temporary protection and restoration work.
This is a prevailing-wage project. The Project Labor Agreement is not required. Union and open-shop subcontractors are welcome, provided all applicable New York State Labor Law requirements are met.
