DESCRIPTION: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage an experienced project management consultant (“PMC” or “Consultant”) to provide management, administration, inspection and support services for a Design-Bid-Build project, (“Project”) for MTA C&D’s NYC Transit (“NYCT”) Infrastructure Business Unit, which is scheduled for award in 2026.
MTA Construction & Development MTA C&D seeking a Construction Management Consultant (CCM) to develop, construct, and support the procurement of emergency exits at various locations.
The emergency exits are located near the following:
Line (NYCTS F Line and LIRR Line)
41st Avenue and 29th Street -Queens
41st Avenue & 12th Street - Queens
Vernon Blvd - Queens
63rd Street and FDR Drive - Manhattan
63rd Street and 2nd Avenue – Manhattan
Roosevelt Island - Manhattan
