New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) is releasing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to seek bids from responsive and responsible vendors who can provide Copado DevOps Platform and associated tools necessary for establishing and managing its operations within a specialized government cloud environment. Copado is a Salesforce DevOps tool that provides our DOL Salesforce Customer Relationship Management team with a centralized version control and deployment platform that eliminates manual org management and reduces the risk of configuration conflicts across our development, staging, and production environments. By automating our deployment pipeline, Copado accelerates our release cycles and ensures that org changes are tracked, tested, and deployed consistently without human error. This solution enables our team to collaborate more effectively on Salesforce customizations, maintain a clear audit trail of all changes, and respond faster to business requirements while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards.

By submitting a bid, the bidder is certifying that it is capable of delivering the required product in the form, function, and utility required by this IFB.
