The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified marketing service provider to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the strategic goals of the Rockland Community College(RCC). The firm will work with RCC to create impactful marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the value of a community college education and promote the opportunities available to prospective and current students.
