We are currently onboarding 10 certified MWBE subcontractors into our XyloSHIELD™ Defender Pack Pilot Program. This program equips certified diversity partners with the technical scope, physical site infrastructure, and audit documentation needed to establish a verifiable Commercially Useful Function (CUF) on municipal, timber, and public works projects across New York State.
Prime contractors and state agencies can utilize our certified subcontractor network and CUF framework to meet MWBE goal requirements on active structural timber subcontracts, crawlspace programs, and infrastructure preservation bids.
XyloSHIELD™ Timber Defense: 5 gallons (one 5-gal pail) of non-leaching, lipid-carrier botanical timber treatment.
Partner Academy Seats: 3 team seats (e.g., GM + Day/Night Field Supervisors) for System Validation Protocol & P-XS SOP training.
Physical CUF Infrastructure: 6 on-site termite bait traps to establish a year-long early-detection monitoring network.
Audit Defense Package: Chain-of-custody Field Checklists A/B/C from F.O.B. intake through 18–24 hour install photo uploads and ongoing inspection logs.
ErythroAGRO™ provides the underlying technical SOPs, supply chain logistics, application protocols, and monitoring documentation. We ensure prime contractors and MWBE subcontractors operate with complete transparency and auditable technical control—eliminating paper brokerage risks.
