The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design services for improvements to the Tivoli Wastewater Collection System, located in Tivoli, New York. DCWWA is undertaking this project to address aging infrastructure and reduce inflow and infiltration within the Tivoli Wastewater Collection System. The improvements will enhance system performance, reduce excessive flow to the treatment facility, and address known compliance concerns. The Consultant will support DCWWA in developing and implementing a cost-effective and constructible rehabilitation strategy.
