This project involves the replacement of existing windows with new double hung vinyl windows.
The new windows will feature:
2. Ocean view impact resistant.
3. White color.
4. Double hung or Casement operating style depending on conditions.
5. Replacement construction vinyl frame.
6. Dual pane insulated tempered glass.
7. Screens.
8. Dispose of all removed windows.
9. After installation, per manufacturer recommendation, windows shall be inspected, put into
working order, and left clean, free of labels, dirt, etc.
A site visit is mandatory for this project. The site visit date is scheduled for Friday, August 7th, 2026, at approx. 11:30 a.m. at the project site. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
