Project Description: The project scope consists of a full replacement of the existing hot water heating system, including hot water pumps, perimeter heating hot water piping, insulation, valves, and heating units. The work also includes installation of new VAV boxes and a new building management system (BMS), with new controllers, perimeter heating valves, and thermostats all integrated into and controlled by the new BMS. Asbestos abatement will be performed at specified spaces.
Project Labor Agreement:** **The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
