SUNY Polytechnic Institute is seeking bids from responsible and responsive vendors to provide a Nanoindentation System equal to or exceeding the attached specifications, in an educational setting. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law § 139j & k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.
Successful contractor shall be required to complete a contract and all related documents, including but not limited to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a. In addition, the contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
