Work included in this project is comprised of one (1) contract as follows:
General Construction
Removals as shown on plans and installing sediment and erosion control
measures;
Furnish and install select Item 4 subbase material in parking lot area and
select borrow in perimeter areas around parking lot;
Grade site elements as per site grading plan. Compact areas thoroughly and
confirm all grades;
Furnish and install pavement subbase for parking lot;
Furnish and install swing gate with pedestrian walk-thru as shown on plans;
Furnish and install drainage improvements as shown on plans;
Furnish and install sidewalks and curbs along Delaware Avenue where shown
on plans, including ADA detectable warning fields;
Furnish and install asphaltic concrete in parking lot area as shown on plans;
Topsoil mix, seed and mulch entire graded and disturbed areas, including
erosion control matting on all sloped areas;
Furnish and install landscaping elements as shown on plans;
Furnish and install striping and standard signage as shown on plans;
Furnish and install specialty sign as shown on plans (detail sheet). Owner
will provide wording for specialty sign.
Electrical Work
An allowance is being provided for the Contractor to retain a licensed electrician to
perform all disconnects and terminations shown on the Removal Plan. This shall be
paid in a timer and material basis with the addition of the Contractors standard
overhead and profit.
