The Battery Park City Authority hereby requests proposals (individually a “Proposal” and collectively the “Proposals”) from qualified firms
(individually a “Proposer” and collectively the “Proposers”) to be appointed to one or both of two pre-qualified
panels of firms (each, a “Panel” and collectively, the “Panels”) for Permanent Recruitment and Temporary Staffing
Services.
Panel A shall consist of firms providing executive search and permanent recruitment services ("Permanent
Firms"), and Panel B shall consist of firms providing temporary staffing services ("Temp Firms"). Proposers may

A detailed scope of work for which the selected Proposers may be engaged is attached as Exhibit A – Scope of
Work (the “Work”). For the avoidance of doubt, Work will be assigned to the panel(s) via individual task orders
