The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091072.06 titled Schumacher Hall Temp Chiller Tie In until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 18, 2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00 made payable to LaBella, PC is required. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
