Golf Storage Facility Foundation Installation

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for constructing a foundation (slab on grade, grade beam, and helical pile system) to support a prefabricated storage structure. All required submittals, formwork, preparation work, including but not limited to clearing and grubbing, temporary fencing, erosion control, utility mark-out, installation of specified reinforcement, and field layout, are to be included in the total price of the quote. The quote shall include all labor, material, and equipment costs necessary for the installation of the foundation and site clean-up. On the entire length of the side of the 3 garage doors, excavate a 5 ft. wide 6 in. deep trench for compacted gravel. Gravel to be ¾” crushed stone and furnished, installed, and compacted. The helical piles are a delegated design item and shall be designed by a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer. The submitted shop drawings for the helical piles shall be signed and sealed by a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer. Work may not proceed until all submittals have been submitted, reviewed, and approved by OPHRP. Submittals shall be submitted and approved within the time frame allotted in the drawing set or, if not specified within the drawings, within 14 days of the receipt of the purchase order.
