The Department of Health (DOH) needs an electronic registry to include all properties within the jurisdiction of the law and to track rental properties for compliance to address New York State Public Health Law (PHL 1377).
The overall objective is to provide a simplified, user-friendly avenue for property owners to provide NSY DOH and LHD's with required information/materials. Provide effiecient access, organization, communication and tracking by property and property owner.

The contractor must develop and implement a Lead Rental System including real property data upload, lead hazard inspection and sample result submission, notice, remediation work plan and enforcement, lead safety certification, audit/compliance and monitoring, reports and dashboards, notifications and alerts, users and roles management, login and authentication, integration, accept data uploads, document management, data collection needs, and business objective. Deliverables include project management, business requirements and iterative development, system design, integration and testing, QA/testing, user acceptance testing, deployment of production ready system, user training and knowledge transfer, and warranty/post go live support.
