Project Name: Elmhurst Hospital Entryway Renovation

Project Description: The project involves renovating the two main public entrances at Elmhurst Hospital. The existing vestibules at the entrances will be demolished and replaced with new structural steel and glass entry structures, along with renovated lobby interiors including new waiting areas, information and security desks, a coffee kiosk, and a serenity room. Scope includes asbestos abatement of existing entryway roofs, site and utility work (new sewer manhole, sidewalks, grading, retaining wall, tree relocation), curtain wall and rainscreen cladding, terrazzo and millwork finishes, and associated MEP work including snowmelt and storm drainage. The hospital remains fully operational throughout construction.
**Project Labor Agreement: **The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
