SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to contract with Faculty Practice Plans of SUNY Upstate Medical University for health related services, such as: medical direction, on-call services, provider-based services, physician recruitments, physician services, hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, staff and mid-levels in accordance with SUNY Policy 4300.
