New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to perform refrigeration preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency services at the: (1) Brooklyn Wholesale Meat Market, (2) New Essex Street Market, and (3) Moore Street Market (the “Project”).NYCEDC plans to select a contractor for the Project on the basis of selection criteria stated in the RFP which include but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of the Project Team identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the price proposal.Optional Site VisitsOptional site visits for this procurement will be held on the following times/dates at the associated locations.
