Purcell Construction Corporation has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Oakdale Commons Workforce Housing project in Johnson City, NY. We are actively seeking participation from qualified Local-, Minority-, and Woman-Owned Businesses. The Project consists of the construction of a new 4/5-story wood framed building. The new building will be approximately 144,000 GSF and will include 145-units. The building gross square footage includes amenity space and circulation areas. This project is funded in part by a grant from NYS ESD.
