The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation (“ECHDC”), a subsidiary of ESD, is seeking proposals from qualified sponsorship consultants to develop and secure long term Naming Right Agreement for State owned facilities. Each facility would have a separate Agreement. The primary locations would include the current public event space titled Terminal B, the proposed Cruise Terminal at the Buffalo Outer Harbor, and the Niagara Falls Convention Center (NFCC).
