IFB 26-006 - Commissary Items

This contract encompasses Secure Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Oakview (STARC-Oakview) located in Marcy, NY. For this contract, CONTRACTOR will provide items for commissary to the STARC-Oakview (OV) located on the campus Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC), 9005 Old River Rd., Marcy, NY 13403.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Friday, July 17, 2026.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Friday, July 24, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Friday, July 31, 2026. No late bids will be accepted.
