Due to changes in the Office of Mental Health’s energy priorities over the years, a new procurement for CEEP is being pursued through this RFP. Under the new program, the types of assignments will vary and may include but not be limited to: energy master planning; energy and utility management; energy audits; retro-commissioning; energy conservation measures; operations and maintenance support; research and development; implementation, prioritization and planning for capital projects; energy modeling; energy savings calculations associated with capital projects; and development of project scope and budget planning for construction projects associated with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; design review on mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects; and select professional services implementations as applicable.
