The County of Ulster invites qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to submit competitive proposals for the construction of Communication Towers for a County-Wide Radio System in Ulster County (“PROJECT”) - located at various locations in Ulster County, New York. The selected firm will act as the County’s representative to provide comprehensive oversight, coordination, and management throughout the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of the County-Wide Emergency Communications System Project. The Firm must have demonstrated experience in constructing emergency communication tower towers, foundations, and shelters built to withstand extreme northeast weather.
The Construction Manager will serve as an extension of County staff. The CM will ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with all technical specs, local zoning, and federal safety regulations.
