FURNISH AND INSTALL OF SCIENCE CASEWORK AND EQUIPMENT FOR PROJECT # 2022-109 BIOMEDICAL EDUCATION BUILDING (BEB) RENOVATION OF TEACHING LAB

The State University of New York at Buffalo, hereafter referred to as “the University”, is submitting an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Furnish and Install of Biomedical Education Building (BEB) Science Casework and Equipment for Project # 2022-109. This includes all labor, equipment, and material necessary to furnish and install required casework and equipment in the BEB Third Floor Teaching Lab. Specifications and Drawings can be found in the attachments titled Attachment C (Specifications) and C-1 (Drawings). Basis of design for the casework is ICI Scientific or Mott Manufacturing. Acceptance of any other casework manufacturers offered will be at the sole discretion of the University. See Mechanical Drawings for fume hood and snorkel information. Project includes furnishing and installing one fume hood and six (6) snorkels, basis of design is included on the drawings. The University has not specified a particular manufacturer for the fume hood. Expected delivery and install of all casework and equipment is 8-10 weeks from receipt of University’s Purchase Order associated with this procurement. It shall be noted that faucets and sinks shall be purchased by the University in a separate procurement effort.
