Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify experienced and qualified suppliers capable of providing natural gas and/or electricity supply services. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to deliver reliable, competitive energy supply and are required to review and agree to Appendix A - Roswell Park Required Clauses. In addition, vendors must submit copies of their standard supply agreement and typical transaction confirmations for review. This RFQ is intended solely for direct suppliers, and as such, energy brokers will not be considered. Qualified respondents will be shortlisted and invited to participate in a subsequent pricing process anticipated to occur in late August or early September. Proposed contract start dates are October 1, 2026, for natural gas service and October 7, 2026, for electricity service. Vendors who confirm acceptance of our Appendix A and demonstrate the requisite qualifications will be invited to submit pricing in September. Awards will be made to the low bidders and contracts signed within 24 - 48 hours.
