ITS, on behalf of the New York State (NYS) a is procuring a two-year contract (C000999) for OASAS has pre-classified all 15 in-scope applications. The 13 legacy departmental applications are rated low complexity. (ColdFusion, Access, Excel, Outlook.) including 2 applications in Salesforce Sandbox. The primary objectives of this engagement are:
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of all 13-legacy departmental and supporting end-user applications (Access/Email, Excel) and processes
• Document the current state (As-Is) architecture, processes, and data landscape
• Design the target state (To-Be) architecture on the Salesforce platform
• Develop a detailed, prioritized modernization roadmap
• Define the security model for the modernized Salesforce environment
• Develop a data migration strategy and execution plan
• Build, test and roll out new applications
• Review, refactor (refine development approach and include minimum new requirements as needed), test and promote the two (2) internal Salesforce Sandbox applications to Production
