Roswell Park is seeking Bid Responses, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP, from qualified companies that can provide a comprehensive, unified enterprise platform Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to replace its current fragmented, best of breed application environment. The selected solution suite must give material care to the full suite of application, data, and other needs outlined in the RFP, and must be delivered via a Bidder-hosted model (or cloud-hosted where the Bidder commits assurances on the hosting vendor’s behalf). The unified enterprise platform EHR must support the full spectrum of oncology care delivery, improved care delivery experience, clinical research, revenue cycle, and payer and population health management at this NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The scope of this RFP encompasses the unified enterprise platform EHR software solutions, data integrations, conversions, archiving, implementation services, implementation and ongoing training, ongoing support and maintenance, and identification of intended benefits.
Roswell Park seeks a solution built on a single, unified database architecture that eliminates data silos and provides clinicians with a comprehensive, real-time view of the patient record across all care settings. The solution must include native oncology-specific functionality, including but not limited to chemotherapy treatment planning, cumulative dose tracking, tumor board support, cancer staging documentation, survivorship care planning, palliative care planning, and integration with standard oncology terminologies such as AJCC staging and NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines. The system must also robustly support Roswell Park's substantial clinical research enterprise, including management of Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials, biospecimen banking, genomic medicine programs, and population-level cancer registry reporting.
Roswell Park is seeking responses from vendors who can provide the software and required implementation services. We are not looking for third parties interested in implemenation only, or brokers seeking to advise or manage a procurement.
If you are interested in receiving the complete RFP, please email Rob.Henschel@RoswellPark.org with RFP #27-10 in the subject line.
