OPWDD’s Broome DDSO is requesting quotes (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority.
Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached documents and submit your quote using the attached Official Bid Form to brm.bids@opwdd.ny.gov no later than 5:00pm on 7/29/26.
To be considered for this project, all quotes must be submitted on the Official Bid From provided and include materials and labor cost break down.
Reminders:
This is a Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid.
· Vendors/sub-contractors must be registered with NYS Dept of Labor to submit a quote. A copy of the certificate is to be sent to us with your quote.

This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid). The Broome DDSO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. In deciding whether to submit a quote, please be aware the awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work. The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. Please be prepared to submit these in a timely fashion. The Broome DDSO will make no concessions to the vendor for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, or other condition. The Broome DDSO’s interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding. In the event of a tie, contract will be awarded to the Contractor whose bid was received earlie
