include company address, phone, email address and fax numbers.
Pick up - Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing and
Contracts Division, Fourth Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89106.
A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on WEDNESDAY JULY 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM, via WebEx. The
WebEx information for this conference is listed in the “Messages” section of the effort in the Bonfire system.
If your firm is unfamiliar with the County Request for Request for Qualification(RFQ) procedures and would
like to obtain training on the submittal process for this RFQ, contact Christian Hartis, Purchasing Analyst II,
at (702) 455-5807 no later than TUESDAY JULY 28, 2026, and a training session will be provided
immediately following the pre-Submittal conference referenced above.
Electronic Submittals will be accepted in the Bonfire system on or before THURSDAY AUGUST 20, 2026 at
3:00:00 p.m. Manual Submittals will be accepted at the Clark County Government Center address specified
above, on or before AUGUST 20, 2026 at 3:00:00 p.m., based on the time clock at the Clark County
Purchasing and Contracts front desk.
