ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Development Authority of the North Country 317 Washington Street, Suite 414 Watertown, New York 13601-3744 PH: (315) 661-3200 1.1 Notice to Bidders Procurement ID: 20-010826 The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the Storage Facility 1 Improvements project. Scope of work includes replacement of all six (6) overhead doors, replacement of all metal siding and roofing, removal of an adjacent 10,000 gallon buried rainwater storage tank, and installation of a new buried non-potable water storage tank behind the Storage 1 facility. 1.2 Important Dates: July 7, 2026 at 11:00AM: Optional Pre-Bid Meeting at the MATERIALS MANAGEMENT FACILITY located at 23400 NY-177, Rodman, NY 13682 Attendance at this meeting is optional. July 14, 2026 by 5:00PM: Question Period Closes No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the bid due date. Answers will be provided to all prospective bidders who have downloaded the bid package for this project from the Authority’s website. An email notification will be sent that informs bidders that new information has been posted to the Authority’s website and is available for review and download. July 23, 2026 at 11:00AM: Sealed Bids Due Sealed Bids will be accepted at the MATERIALS MANAGEMENT FACILITY, 23400 NY-177, Rodman, NY 13682 until 11:00AM on July 23, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Primary Point of Contact: Pursuant to the Procurement Lobbying Law, the Authority has designated one person who may be contacted by Bidders regarding this procurement and shall require disclosure from Bidders of persons or organizations designated, retained or employed to attempt to influence the procurement process using the “Certification Pursuant Procurement Lobbying Law” form (See Appendix B). The attention of the Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment applicable to Bidder to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid its employees under the Contract. The Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received or to award partial Bids to more than one Bidder.
