The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals for securing the service of an experienced, qualified firm to prepare and provide meals to the inmates in the Ulster County Jail. The program currently is a full-service operation working out of the Ulster County Jail kitchen providing three meals on a twenty-eight-day menu cycle.
