Sealed bids will be received by the City of Watervliet at 2 Fifteenth Street, Watervliet, New York 12189 until 9:00 a.m. on the 29th July 2026. Contractors who would like to receive updates and participate in the bidding process, must register by sending an email with their firm name, contact name and email to office@ridapllc.com . After registration, contractors will receive a link to download contract documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 14 th July 2026 , at, 1530 2 nd Avenue, Watervliet, New York 12189. The Award of Contract to the qualified firm or individual submitting the lowest responsible bid shall be preceded by a mandatory conference and subject to approval from representatives from the City of Watervliet. The City of Watervliet reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informality in the bidding. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the bid opening without the express written consent of the Owner.
