The Town of Lyons (Town) and Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation (Land Bank) are requesting sealed bids for a Single Prime Contract to include abatement, general construction, electrical and mechanical renovations at 52-54 Canal Street in the Town of Lyons, New York. The property is within the control of the Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation. The Town and Land Bank disclaim any responsibility that representations made regarding conditions or quantities of materials will remain as they were when reviewed by the bidders during the bidding period, prior to award of the contract, or during the course of the work. Building at the above noted property will be renovated for historic preservation.
