Orleans County - New Emergency Management Facility - Re-bid of Electrical Contract

ORLEANS COUNTY REQUIRES BIDS FOR A NEW EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FACILITY AT 14064 W. COUNTY ROAD, ALBION, NEW YORK 14411 In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed bids must be submitted to Orleans County, 14016 Route 31 West, Albion, New York 14411 , no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday July 16 , 20 26 , when they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids must include, on the face of the envelope, the name and address of the bidder, project name, bid package, and the words “Sealed Bid – Orleans County – New Emergency Management Facility”. Having original received bids on April 16, 2026, this project is re-bidding Electrical contracts. The Project consists of the construction of a new 7,350-square-foot Orleans County Emergency Management Facility in Albion, NY, designed to consolidate the County Training Center, Emergency Management Office Suite, and Dispatch Suite into a single operational hub. Overall, (4) prime contracts will be awarded. General Construction will include site, architectural and structural construction. Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical (HVAC) construction are also included in the scope of work. Only Contract #4: Electrical is being re-bid.
