The Project consists of the construction of a new 7,350-square-foot Orleans County Emergency Management Facility in Albion, NY, designed to consolidate the County Training Center, Emergency Management Office Suite, and Dispatch Suite into a single operational hub. Overall, (4) prime contracts will be awarded. General Construction will include site, architectural and structural construction. Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical (HVAC) construction are also included in the scope of work. Only Contract #4: Electrical is being re-bid.
