SUNY Schenectady is accepting proposals from qualified, responsive, and responsible electricity suppliers and brokers to provide FIXED-PRICE electricity supply. Pricing shall be firm, fixed and all-inclusive on a $/kWh basis for each 3-year and 5-year term for the full contract term following contract execution. Proposals shall cover all labor and materials to perform services in conformity with this Request for Proposals (RFP).
A pre-proposal conference via Microsoft Teams will be held June 30, 2026, 10:00 am ET. Those wishing to participate should RSVP to purchasing@sunysccc.edu at least 3 days prior and access information will be provided.
Questions from Interested Bidders should be forwarded to purchasing@sunysccc.edu not later than July 7, 2026, 2:00 pm ET. Answers will be provided, in the form of an addendum, posted to both NYS Contract Reporter and BidNet Direct, by July 14, 2026.
Proposals must be received by the specified date/time detailed in the Timetable of Key Events. Bidders are cautioned to allow ample time for delivery of bids/proposals in order to avoid rejection due to a missed deadline caused by a courier delayed delivery.
