This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a solution for an enterprise grade, multichannel communications analytics platform that delivers unified measurement, reporting, and insight across NYPA’s core communication channels. The selected solution must include:

  1. Integrated MultiChannel Analytics

Deliver comprehensive analytics spanning Powernet (SharePoint intranet) and Poppulo email communications, enabling correlation of engagement behaviors across channels within a single, consolidated platform.

  1. Support Expansion to Future Communications Channels

Offer an extensible architecture capable of integrating additional communication tools and platforms—such as digital signage systems and other Microsoft 365–aligned applications—to ensure the long term scalability and adaptability of NYPA’s communications ecosystem.

  1. Enable Actionable Insights for Strategic Decision Making

Provide robust real time and historical metrics, including content effectiveness, consumption patterns, demographic driven engagement insights, and cross channel interaction flows, supporting informed decision making across Corporate Communications and related stakeholders.

All answers must be based on the capabilities of the current production release of your software and not based on functionality that is in development or scheduled for a future release.

NYPA is requesting vendors to provide the following in connection with their proposed solution(s) :

· Software/Software Licenses

· Software Implementation & Professional Services

· Training

· Software Support/Maintenance

Location of Event: Enterprise wide NYPA

Proposed Term: (3) years

Bidders must have commensurate experience. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Documents.
