GENERATION CONTROL SYSTEM AND SUB-SYSTEMS UPGRADES - STL

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Generator Control System Upgrades at NYPA's St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project in Massena, NY. This initiative aims to address equipment obsolescence issues via an EPC-like contract award. NYPA seeks to establish a collaborative relationship with the selected bidder through commissioning of the updates system, with the understanding that a full system replacement is not anticipated.
The scope of this effort is anticipated to include, but is not limited to the following phases:
• Assessment of current system and technical design & engineering of the system updates
• Fabrication and procurement of identified equipment
• Installation, integration and commissioning of the new equipment

As part of our initiative to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations, we invite you to provide detailed information regarding your capabilities and qualifications to support this work. Bidders are welcome to submit their capabilities and qualifications for any or all phases of the project.

This contract may be fulfilled by a sub-contract, joint venture or co-production arrangement. Proposers obtaining bid documents from sources other than the authority's web site do so at their own risk. Incomplete proposal responses may be rejected.
