SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place within the building located at 300 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89106. The building is approximately 35,309 square feet. As part of the work, finishes will be refreshed for office space use, and a warehouse area will be prepared to conform to architectural drawings. Renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of flooring. Upgrades are to be made to the existing light fixtures. New electrical and data access points are to be installed to accommodate planned workstations.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., beginning at the entrance to the building located at 300 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89106.
Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on Friday, August 21, 2026.
All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Friday, September 11, 2026. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date.
Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:00:00 a.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website.
Written certification is a required part of the contract pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 332.065
