The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for the design, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and commissioning of ten Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) buildings totaling approximately 655,957 square feet at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. The work includes four BEQs of 401 rooms each (253,382 SF), three BEQs of 261 rooms each (174,470 SF), and three BEQs of 361 rooms each (228,105 SF), all as Repair By Replacement including demolition of existing structures. The project requires Type II construction and must utilize industrialized construction methodologies such as volumetric modular, hybrid, or Kit of Parts, with the goal of reducing design and construction costs by 20% or more and accelerating delivery timelines by 30% or more compared to traditional commercial construction.
