Pre-bid Conference and Job Walk
Description
All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend the scheduled pre-bid conference and job walk. Attendance will be recorded at the start of the pre-bid conference and job walk. Please note that Authority will record the pre-bid conference and job walk. By attending and participating in the pre-bid conference and job walk, Bidder consents to being recorded. Bidder will need to meet in front of Freight Door 12 as shown on the LVCC Parking Directions map provided in the "Attachments" tab of this ITB. Authority will provide a copy and/or transcript of the recorded pre-bid conference and job walk by issuing an Addendum shortly thereafter. A job walk is mandatory before submitting a bid. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to coordinate a job walk directly with the designated Project Manager, Walter Laub at [email protected], no later than five (5) business days prior to the Close Date and Time.
