Mountain River Consulting, Inc. will provide Technical & Application support for the conversion of the J.D. Edwards World UCIS software to the Advanced CIS software Load files. This includes running pre-conversion queries and reports, running the Advanced CIS Load file programs and sending them to the Advanced FTP server, updating the CIS Data Validation spreadsheet and reviewing data with Advanced staff, and reviewing data at a high level within CIS software (Infinity) to validate mapping and loading of fields. The work covers 3 conversions, each requiring 400 hours (1,200 hours total) at $250/hour, totaling $300,000 for the conversion portion.
