The contracted personnel will receive and process 911, non-emergency, and administrative calls; enter calls into the City's Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system; and, when authorized, access the National Law Enforcement Teletype System (NLETS) and National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as necessary to perform assigned duties. Contract personnel must meet the certifications and training requirements established by the City, including Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD), and Emergency Police Dispatch (EPD). Personnel must also comply with required background checks and be capable of integrating into the City's emergency communications operations. getResQ911 LLC will provide contractor resumes and verification of certifications, coordinate contractor logistics and preboarding requirements, and participate in regular performance and operational reviews with the City.
