The work includes furnishing and placing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Open Graded Friction Course (OGFC) in place, as well as cold milling as directed by the NMDOT. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment in accordance with NMDOT Standard Specifications. The work is divided into six districts, with items including minor paving (Types I and II), tack coat, OGFC, rumble strips, pavement markings, cold milling, profile milling, and hauling. The contractor must perform at least 40% of the work with its own organization and comply with prequalification, bonding, and prevailing wage requirements.
