Description
Establish a Price Agreement for Surface Treatment Aggregate, District One (D-1) for the New Mexico
Department of Transportation (NMDOT). This Price Agreement includes materials, labor and equipment as
per the specifications contained herein.
All work performed under this price agreement shall meet the specifications as set forth in this price
agreement, and all applicable New Mexico Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for
Highway and Bridge Construction, special provisions, standard drawings and supplemental specifications
(current edition). They are available on the NMDOT website, at the following link:
http://www.dot.nm.gov/infrastructure/plans-specifications-estimates-pse-bureau/standards/ and they are
available for purchase at the General Office Financial Control Section via email at
marissa.lujan@dot.nm.gov.
Provide surface treatment aggregate for District One (D-1), including materials, labor and equipment per the contained specifications, with all work meeting the price agreement specifications and applicable New Mexico Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, special provisions, standard drawings and supplemental specifications (current edition).
