The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (1TB) is to establish a fixed-price agreement for comprehensive preventative
maintenance of identified emergency power generating equipment and fire pump systems listed herein at Fort Bayard
Medical Center, located in Santa Clara, New Mexico 88026.
The contractor must perform comprehensive preventative maintenance of identified emergency power generating equipment and fire pump systems listed at Fort Bayard Medical Center, located in Santa Clara, New Mexico 88026. All servicing, testing, and reporting must strictly comply with the latest editions of NFPA 110 (Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems) and NFPA 25 (Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems) for healthcare occupancies.
