The Contractor shall operate and maintain a telephonic Quitline for tobacco cessation, including a toll-free telephone line (866-NJ STOPS), computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI), and alternative methodologies. Services include program intake, client counseling (one-on-one, group, web/app-based), nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, lozenges), client follow-up, quality assurance, and periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly). The Contractor must also provide services in multiple languages, accept referrals via fax, email, and electronic health records, and comply with CDC, NAQC, and NQDW standards.
