The resulting contract shall be drafted and approved by the Division, which reserves the right to make a final award following completion of negotiations.
Cannon Mountain operates an extensive snowmaking system that is critical to winter operations and relies on numerous large industrial electric motors and associated electrical control equipment to support pumping, compression, and distribution throughout the mountain. To maintain reliable operation and minimize downtime during both preseason preparation and the operating season, the Division is seeking a vendor with demonstrated experience servicing large industrial motors and related electrical equipment capable of providing preventive maintenance, technical diagnostics, emergency repairs, shop services, and field support as described in this Request for Proposal.
The selected Vendor shall provide comprehensive industrial motor and electrical control maintenance services for Cannon Mountain's snowmaking system, including preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostic testing, repair, overhaul, emergency response, and related technical support for industrial electric motors and associated electrical equipment. The Vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, testing equipment, materials, and incidental supplies necessary to perform the required services unless otherwise specified by the Division. The equipment covered includes motors from US Motors, GE Motors, TECO, Louis Allis, Marathon, and Siemens, ranging from 50 HP to 1,250 HP.
