The contractor shall perform teardown, evaluation, repair and/or modification of the Modulator, Radio Tra (NSN 5865016772664, Part Number 2687200B001) in accordance with the latest approved repair methods, publications, and procedures. The contractor must provide all necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment to return the items to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition. The work includes inspection, component repair and replacement, reassembly, and testing. The contractor must also comply with quality management system requirements (ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100), calibration system requirements (ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or ISO-10012-1), and configuration management requirements. The contractor must be an approved source or submit the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure.
