This includes the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, pump stations, lift stations, elevated and ground storage tank sites and booster pump stations. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with firms based on price, location of services, hours of operation, and/or availability of services with minimum delay. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as‐needed service contract. The City reserves the right to add additional locations that could benefit from this solicitation as needed.

Awarded proposer(s) shall provide on-call emergency and scheduled services for repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of existing backup power generation and electrical systems across various municipal facilities for up to 5 years. Work includes diesel, propane and/or natural gas generator units, generator control and monitoring panels, automatic transfer switches, battery systems and chargers, fuel delivery systems, exhaust/ventilation/cooling systems, and generator-related switchgear and distribution panels. Contractors must furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision. Emergency services require 24/7/365 on-call support with technician onsite within two hours. Scheduled repair services must be completed within 3–5 business days of request. Diagnostic and troubleshooting services must provide root cause analysis and itemized repair quotes within 24–48 hours.
